Infrastructure Deserves
Better Understanding.
Building the Operating System for Critical Infrastructure Readiness. We decode the complexity of the world's most high-stakes environments.
Build the Operating System for Critical Infrastructure Readiness.
A future where every critical infrastructure project operates with a shared understanding of readiness, dependencies and risk.
The Thesis
Why Data Centers
Data centers are the most complex pieces of infrastructure on Earth. They are the physical heart of the digital world, requiring a level of engineering precision that traditional project management tools simply cannot accommodate. We start where complexity is highest.
Increasing Complexity
Infrastructure is no longer just physical; it is a dense, living network of mechanical, electrical, and digital dependencies. As these systems converge, the risk of "blind spots" increases exponentially. Traditional management fails to see the connectivity.
The Intelligence Layer
Critical projects currently run on fragmented data and siloed communication. ODUM AI provides the unified layer of truth, a platform that ingests complexity and outputs clarity, ensuring every stakeholder knows exactly what is ready, and what is at risk.
The Team
Shivansh Joshi
Shivansh brings over a decade of hands-on commissioning leadership across large-scale data centers and commercial buildings. As a senior commissioning engineer, he has delivered BMS and critical-systems commissioning for hyperscale environments operated by the likes of Facebook, Google, and Amazon, giving ODUM AI deep, field-tested insight into how readiness is actually achieved on site.
Rajveer Singh
Rajveer brings nearly 18 years in enterprise SaaS systems, architecting data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and data operations across public sector, healthcare, and enterprise software products.
"The next decade of human progress depends entirely on our ability to build and operate reliable infrastructure at a pace we have never seen before."
